Managing Your Profile

Here’s how you can customize and manage your profile to make the most of your membership:

1. Accessing Your Profile

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on your profile picture or username in the top navigation menu.
  • Select “Edit Profile” from the dropdown menu.

2. Editing Your Profile

  • In the profile editor, you can update:
    • Profile Picture: Click on your avatar to upload a new photo.
    • Cover Photo: (if enabled) add or change your cover image.
    • Personal Details: Name, bio, location, website, etc.
    • Custom Profile Fields: Fill in any additional info you’ve added.

3. Managing Privacy Settings

  • Navigate to “Privacy Settings” within your profile.
  • Choose who can see your profile, activity, and personal info.
  • Save changes to update your privacy preferences.

4. Viewing Your Activity

  • Visit your profile page to see your activity stream.
  • You can post updates, share links, and interact with other members.

5. Customizing Profile Visibility

  • When editing specific sections, you can set visibility options such as:
    • Public
    • Logged-in Users
    • Friends Only
    • Private

6. Notifications and Messages

  • Check your notifications for new friend requests, messages, or comments.
  • Send messages or friend requests through your profile.

7. Deactivating or Deleting Your Profile

  • To deactivate or delete your profile, go to Account Settings.
  • Follow the prompts to deactivate or permanently remove your account.
