Duxbury Knife Assault Leads to Assault and Drug Trafficking Charges

Duxbury, MA — On Thursday, March 26, 2026, Duxbury Police responded shortly after 7:00 p.m. to a report of a violent assault inside an apartment at Island Creek Village. Officers say a man reportedly threatened a woman with a butcher knife and physically assaulted her.

During the arrest, officers found prescription pills not registered to the suspect and a bag containing approximately 28 grams of a white powdery substance, later preliminarily identified as cocaine, along with benzodiazepines. Police also recovered the knife allegedly used in the assault as evidence.
