Boys hockey split its two most recent matchups, falling to Marshfield before bouncing back with a strong 5–1 win over Newton South.


Marshfield MA-(plimoth)-In the first game, the team ran into a tough Marshfield squad and was unable to generate enough offense to come away with the win. Marshfield controlled much of the play and handed the boys a hard-fought loss.
The team responded in a big way in its next outing, defeating Newton South 5–1. The offense came alive early and maintained pressure throughout the game, while solid defensive play and strong goaltending helped keep Newton South off the scoreboard.
